Our History

On 2018.03.25 S.M.V. Micro Finance institution started with 02 branches with Wattala as the main hub. As its board of directors Ekanayake Mudiyanselage Chaminda Asanka Sampath Dissanayake as Managing Director and Singhankutti Achchige Dilini Hasitha as Director were appointed for the establishment and future work of the institute.

2. After starting as Homagama Zonal Office, the Branch network was expanded focusing on the districts.

3. Awissawella Branch

4. Katharagama Branch

5. Kaluthara Branch

6. Kandy Branch

7. Mahiyanganaya Branch

A total of 7 branches have been developed by 2023.

In the beginning of 2024, the institute started a new phase and with the aim of further expanding the institute, Ekanayake Mudiyanselage Sandaru Hansaka Dissanayake was recruited to the board of Directors.
